Dr. Eskander received her medical degree, with honors, from Texas A&M University, where she received the Internal Medicine Medical Student of the Year Award. She then completed residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, where she excelled and was selected as Chief Medical Resident. Following residency and chief residency, she completed a sub-specialty fellowship in Diabetes, Metabolism and Endocrinology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and UCLA, training with world-renowned endocrinology experts.

Dr. Eskander’s treatment philosophy is to empower her patients by educating them on their disease, and has received several awards throughout her career recognizing her excellence in medical teaching and outstanding patient care. She uses a team approach with her patients to develop a treatment plan that best suits them, and strives to care for every patient like a part of her family. Her patients have continuously recognized her for her hands-on style and compassionate treatment of their disease. Dr. Eskander specializes in diabetes, thyroid disease, calcium disorders and parathyroid disease, PCOS, pituitary disease, low testosterone and hormonal imbalances, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, metabolism and weight loss, as well as other hormone-related diseases.
Aside from practicing medicine, Dr. Eskander enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
